Philip is a young British aristocrat with an insatiable appetite for exploration. Defying his father's wishes, he sets sail for uncharted lands, accompanied by his father's ever-proper and frequently exasperated servant, Brimley.
But when a violent storm leaves their ship wrecked on a remote island near the Middle East, the pair find themselves stranded far from civilization.
Most sensible men would seek rescue.
Philip, however, has discovered something far more interesting: an enormous ancient ziggurat that he believes to be the legendary Tower of Babel.
Within its forgotten chambers lie dangerous traps, ancient secrets, untold treasures, and mysteries that have endured for centuries.
Armed with little more than his curiosity, his wits, and Brimley's reluctant assistance, Philip ventures into the temple that time forgot.
