The radios buzz with propaganda, military police floods the streets, and a brutal gang war erupts in the eastern districts. You are Victor, a social recluse who is unable to speak to 99% of the population due to your unique muteness. You lived your quiet life unaffected by the regime until the leader of a certain unpopular party knocked on your door.
