Property Tycoon gives you a unique chance to create your own real estate business. Buy devastated flats, houses and commercial premises all around the city.

In a massive city of House Flipper, you need to manage your properties. Selling them it's one way to make money, but the good businessman knows there are any different possibilities. What about renting them to make easy profit each month?
Budget management its a part of our everyday life but can you estimate your profit and find the best investments out there? Will you succeed?
