Inspired by the social/political  fun of commander/EDH, Dark Table is purpose-built for 4-player gameplay. We’ve introduced a new level of fun and chaos, creating unique strategies that will have you on the edge of your seat until the very end of each game. The game's multiplayer nature auto-balances itself, making it difficult to create a single "meta deck" that can consistently beat a group of three other players, but that hasn’t stopped brewers from trying!

Leaders

Solid deck-building and theory-crafting are key to any good card game, and Dark Table offers layers of strategy. You start your deck with one of the many leaders, each with unique abilities and health totals. Leaders come in three types, each with a different path to victory:
Knowledge: Bank unspent knowledge each turn to enrage your leader.

Bloodshed: Get kills in battle to enrage your leader.

Berserk: Take damage to reach a health threshold and enrage your leader.

Enraging your leader grants access to powerful end-game abilities that can quickly turn the tide and end the game.

Customization

In real-life card games, players often enjoy customizing their decks to express themselves. This typically involves purchasing themed card sleeves, distinctive dice, and stylish playmats. While other digital CCGs have failed in this area, Dark Table CCG intends to deliver. Customize almost everything to show off your style. Earn new avatars, titles, card backs, card borders, and 3D playmats through achievements and progression.

Accessibility & Depth
The game is designed to be simple to learn, but offers a high skill cap for players who want to dig deeper. This balance ensures that players of all types can get involved and have fun along the entirety of their journey.
