Dread Days

To combat global warming, world goverments resorted to an extreme measure of blackening the skies. As a consequence, sunlight was blocked, transforming the world into something unrecognizable. People were forced to seek refuge in underground cities, relying on hydroponics for their food supply. However, these subterrenean habitats harbored new and dangerous species that posed a constant threat to humanity.

Amidst this grim reality, radical social political movements seized power and control, disregarding human rights. Traveling became an exceedingly risky endavour. Only the most cunning and brave individuals dared to take on this perilous challenge, navigating through concrete mazes, earning the title of Webrunners.

You play as Mira, a young yet skilled Webrunner. Your mission is to embark on a quest that will lead you through the most inhospitable areas of Gorod 01 in pursuit of mysteries that many would prefer remained unsolved.

Dread Days is a third-person perspective (TPP) action thriller, revolving around three core gameplay pillars:

Stealth: Knowing you surroundings and picking your battles is key. You multipurpose crossbow - The Sting - allows you to manipulate electrical devices creating diversion and chaos. Just so you can get close enough for a kill.

Elimination: In Dread Days, your enemies are deadly and relentless. Observe, plan, time your actions and execute. Each enemy has a weak point you can exploit with a well placed shot.

Environmental Puzzles: Dread Days introduces a unique way of navigating through infested streets. Walk walls and ceilings to get a new perspective and gain and advantage over your enemies.
