Make Dungeons

MakeDungeons is an animated and 3D virtual tabletop simulator with tools designed to integrate any tabletop game inside it, and play them among friends. Also, you can use a simple scripting system to make events and NPC (Non-player character) behaviours to create a living world. Players can select a pre-made adventure and begin playing immediately, or create one for themselves. So, you can play your favorite TTRPG and their modules in a video game style, such as Neverwinter and Baldur’s Gate series. Main features for the MakeDungeons are:

DM (Dungeon/Game Master) Assistant or Virtual DM:
DM assistant gives warnings and shows all necessary info about the current situation to the game’s DM. This way, even an inexperienced DM can run a game without making mistakes and forgetting about the rules. It is also useful for experienced Dungeon Masters to run a faster and smoother game. The Virtual DM completely takes over the role of a DM and your game is run based on events that is set for the game. So, your designated DM can enjoy the game with you as a player, and if your DM is busy for the session, Virtual DM can take over anytime you like. Game creators can even add audio to their games for Virtual DM to tell a story.

Map maker with many automations for a faster build:
Tiles and objects are painted on to the scene with their selected textures and walls are created automatically. You can also use the map generator to create maps within minutes. You will be able to modify generated maps in any way you like.

First-person exploration option:
Most tabletop games are played with top-down view. The beauty of first-person perspective is it offers more immersive and enjoyable gameplay to its players. Players will have an option to play from first-person perspective and will have a better view of their world.

Simple drag and drop scripting:
Functions that can be used in most tabletop games are pre-made and categorized in game. They can be used with drag and drop functionality to create events and behaviours. This way, any integrated game’s rules can be created and players will be able to play on them, and all the calculations for the game, such as damage, spell effects etc. are done automatically. Implementing a script requires no scripting knowledge and takes very little time.

Community driven marketplace with free or paid, games and modules:
Publisher and community creators of different games and adventure modules will be able to digitize their content and sell or share them with other players at our marketplace. We are excited to see what kinds of games the community will create!
