Every playthrough is different.

Explore a vast procedurally generated city full of enemies, loot and hidden passages.
SURVIVAL MECHANICS
Scavenge for resources.

Deal with sanity, hunger and thirst while trying to survive.
DEADLY NIGHT
Find a monolith before nightfall as the night is dark and full of terrors.

Monoliths will keep you safe, surviving the night is hopeless without them.
SETTLEMENTS
Settlements built around mysterious monoliths are the last safe places in the capital.

Interact with NPCs like traders, blacksmiths and weapon masters.

Learn new abilities, buy new equipment or upgrade your existing gear.
