Gameplay

Quantum of Soul combines the dynamics of classic tab-targeting MMORPGs and strategic decision-making of collectible card games. Before setting off on a PvE mission or a battle in the PvP arena players:
select a character and class with class-specific skills and abilities

build a deck of 40 cards out of the vast collection

choose a resource sequence of 15 resource points (5 resource types) that fits the deck

choose 7 cards out of the deck as the initial hand

Lore
In the wake of the Quantum Soul influx into our universe, a profound phenomenon unfolded—some individuals on planet Earth became hosts to these extraordinary entities, known as observer souls. Infused with the power of the Quantum Souls, these observer souls acquired remarkable abilities, spanning intellect, physical prowess, and extended spirituality. Many among them embraced the responsibility of guiding humanity into a new "golden age" of progress, leading to the realization of countless science fiction dreams.
However, as humanity faced an unprecedented surge in knowledge, it soon became evident that such rapid advancement brought its fair share of challenges. Conflicts emerged, revealing the inherent struggles of a world caught between its newfound potential and the lingering limitations of the past. It became clear that a pivotal decision had to be made—a choice that would shape the future physical form of humanity. Consequently, three distinct movements formed, each advocating for a different path forward.

Actors

Homo Deus - human consciousness is transcendent into electronic form and robotic bodies. The predominantly utilized component of the universe is Electromagnetism. Homo Deus believes they achieved god-like forms and that the whole universe should join their empire to build the absolute AI which will organize the universe.

Mutatio Genus (Mutogenesis) - Genetically reinforced humans transcended into wielders of life. The main purpose is to gather genetic material analyze it and evolve into perfect observers - hive minds with quintillions of sub-observers. The predominantly utilized component of the universe is Carbon.

Spiritus Sapiens - Original homo sapiens can have minor genetic modifications or implants. Followers of spiritually emerged souls who believe in diversity and coexistence of all forms of conciseness are the ways to stabilize and organize the universe. They possess the most diverse and strongest souls, though low in numbers. Spiritus Sapiens are fanatically obsessed with the idea of protecting the universe from merging with the void. In addition, they proactively oppose centralized conciseness due to it making it easier for the demons to take over and merge the universe.
