Professor Shaw will need to keep in radio contact with Argus in order to know where to go and what to do next. But not all of the radio antennas are working in Hessler Storage. Professor Shaw will need to fix them to maintain his only means of escaping. But something else in Hessler Storage can take advantage of the radio communications. Fail to realise you're in a dead zone and something else may be talking to you, leading you somewhere else.F.E.A.R (First-person Emotional Arc Response)
The F.E.A.R system is Professor Shaw's fight or flight response. If he's in an area that's too dark with too many things lurking near him, he can only run and hide. Doors will take longer to unlock as he fumbles with keys. But if the area is well-lit and there are few things to be afraid of, Professor Shaw can fight. Shoving and kicking his way through enemies and doors.
