Shields of Asgard

In Viking Norse Mythology there are 9 realms.

Jotunheim: Home of the Giants
Asgard: Home of the Gods
Niflheim: The Realm of Fog and Mist
Muspelheim: The Land of Fire
Midgard: Home of the Humans
Vanaheim: Home of the Vanir
Alfheim: Home of the Light Elves
Svartalfheim: Home of the Dwarves
Helheim: Home of the dead

The Norse Gods lived in the Asgard realm. The shields of each realm have been stolen from Asgard. Odin has chosen you to travel to Jotunheim where your first journey takes you.Semi Open World Full of Danger
Explore the vast world of Jotunheim where there are 3 regions. Within each region there are dangerous dungeons to explore and enemies to defeat.Snow Region
The region to the west has large mountains where snow and winter never stop. You must travel the open land and defeat the frost giant.Dark Forest Region
This region is to the east with large dark forests. You must explore the area and defeat the forest giant that rules the region.Build Your Character
While exploring the vast regions; you collect Vaettir from each enemy defeated. Within these regions there are Shield Maiden checkpoints. You can rest at these areas and spend Vaettir to make your character stronger to defeat harder enemies. You can increase your health and make yourself harder to kill or build more strength and do more damage. You can also level up your potion skill so health, stamina and more have a bigger impact.Great Story Line
As you travel through the realms picking up quests playing through a storyline of how the Vikings saw these amazing realms.
