Heavenlock is an action game that offers dogfights, racing, puzzles, and roleplaying. In this cloudpunk world everything revolves around the “akron”: a precious mineral capable of defying gravity and act as a nearly inexhaustible fuel that causes flight to become more accessible than sailing. The protagonist struggles to find his path between the different nations and factions and understand what to chose and how to act. The mystery is there for those who look for it: what even is Akron? Who are the Remote Ones that live in the sky, ancient forefathers of flight technology? What’s beyond the Extreme Zone, the border no one can trespass? Who started the ten-years world war?

Explore the world, sky and land, discovering its environment, culture, lore, and history… or don’t. You can mind your own business and follow Kerran’s personal quest without a care of what it means in the big picture, or you can get to know the world at a deeper level. You can travel the interconnected world and also spend your time on races, card games, and deliveries.

Get on board off your fighting ship and make your path through the enemy formations. Rank up your military status going from private to frigate captain. You'll also be able to lead a small team of ships which will follow to your commands like focusing on a target or watching your six. Customize your ship to be as deadly as you can in battle.

Choose to go full loaded in a fight or get past hostiles hiding from their sight. Plan your moves and push the enemy toward traps and ambushes. An adaptive and responsive AI will make things hard for you.

Racing with race pods is a big part of the culture in Heavenlock’s world. Race in different tracks with your customized racing streamship and win money, fame and more custom options for your ship. You can dedicate yourself to racing if you feel like it, or even bet money on the racers you consider to be the strongest. You’ll also discover more from socializing and attending events in cities where races are big time events.
