Agent Leila has spent twenty years working the worst cases her department could assign: cultic organisations, serial offenders, ritual crime scenes, mass burial sites. She documented everything. She filed it all. She never stopped.
Now she has been given Case 0 - the disappearance of an entire company's staff, forty years ago, in a building that still stands. The file is almost empty. Her signature is already on it. She has no memory of accepting the assignment.
Case 0: The Witch is a third-person psychological horror game about an investigator whose past cases have followed her somewhere she cannot file them away. The building is not a real place. Every location is a layer of something she buried. And the entities she encounters are not abstractions — they are the criminals, the victims, and the profiles she carried for too long without putting down.
There is no jump-scare. The building shifts when you are not looking. The flashlight reacts differently to each thing it finds. The journal changes in ways it should not be able to. And somewhere at the centre of all of it, something that looks exactly like her is waiting — and does not need a flashlight to find its way.
