Backrooms: Betrayal is an intense, systemic cooperative multiplayer horror game centered on the desperate maintenance of reality within unstable Backrooms sectors. Players must explore shifting, procedurally-flavored spaces to calibrate generators, restore geometry, and contain an ever-accelerating wave of environmental collapse.
The danger isn’t just lurking in the dark—it is the room itself.
