With a brand-new target painted on your back and several bullets with your name on it, survival is no longer a mundane 21st-century activity, but a commodity sold to the highest bidder. After tearing apart every scrap of safety and normality in your life, this power will leave you but one thing to hold on to — your humanity. How will you face off against an entire city that wants you dead? What will you do when a second shot at true love scares you more than the red dot outside your window? Is blissful ignorance a fool's consort or veiled wisdom? One thing is for sure, the price for your survival will be paid in blood. In the end, the only true question is how much you're willing to pay.
This visual novel features an ample cast of characters, each with their own roots, conflicts, and biases, all clashing in an ever-evolving plot that unravels around The Protagonist and his struggle for control in the depths of a world he understands nothing about. Honoring its format, Unsevered does not recoil from meticulously exploring its narrative-rich world and the different perspectives of the people living in it. What truly sets this game apart is that even what seems most predictable can and will inevitably catch you off-guard.
