When Maksym wakes up one morning, his country has been invaded and everything in his world has changed.
Hollow Home is a narrative survival RPG set in a city under siege. You are Maksym, 14 years old, alone and trying to survive. He must choose how to spend each day carefully, and every choice has consequences for him and those around him.
No Combat, Just Choices & Consequences
Survival means dialogue, difficult choices, and learning to live with the consequences. Manage Maksym's Resolve as the pressure mounts with every passing day. Every decision has a cost. Not all of them can be undone.
The City Changes More Each Day
Explore multiple districts, each changing a little more with each passing day. Buildings are shelled. Streets are cut off. Districts close. Familiar faces vanish.
Every Conversation Carries Weight
Deep dialogue and branching questlines. Every character has a story and your actions shape what comes next.
Each day forces you to prioritise, sacrifice and decide who matters most. You cannot do everything. You cannot help everyone. Multiple endings reflect the choices you made and the people you were and were not able to reach.
Built from Real Events
Hollow Home draws on real events from the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. It is developed by Twigames in Kyiv, a team living through the same war and researching the stories of those who survived the siege.
In partnership with Ukrainian Radio, Ukraine's public broadcaster since 1924, Hollow Home features real archive recordings from the first days of the full-scale invasion, letting players hear what the people of Ukraine actually heard.
After a successful campaign, Hollow Home was 140% funded on Kickstarter by players around the world. They helped this story to reach more people.
