Powered by a custom-made physics engine, Quecksilber offers accurate, blazingly-fast and fun ball physics.

Quecksilber's AI is powered by advanced algorithms that enable it to analyze the game environment in real-time, taking into account variables such as the position of the ball, its trajectory, the location of the players, and even the current score. Here's a list of 🚧 planned features (no promises!) and those already available:

Smooth (60fps+) gameplay. The game offers smooth, fast and fluid gameplay.

Accurate & fun ball physics. I put great effort in developing a custom physics engine for the game, for maximum fun.

Local Multiplayer. Play pvp or coop with up to 4 players.

🚧 Online Multiplayer. Play online matches. (If I can pull it off, this will be based on custom network code for minimal lack instead of Steam Remote Play.)

🚧 Sticky controls. Assign controllers to single players instead of player switching. Massive fun especially with co-op!

🚧 Cup & League modes. Instead of single matches only, play a league or cup season.

🚧 Player skills. Individual player skills like speed, stamina, control etc. Probably upgradable during a season.

🚧 Linux & Mac support. The game should not only be available natively for Windows, but also for Mac and Linux - it's a perfect match for the Steam Deck, imo!Notes from the Developer

⚽ It is based on a complete rewrite of my first self-published game - Natural Soccer - and heavily inspired by Speedball, Kick Off, NHL and other games I liked to play as a kid on my Amiga.

💡 “Quecksilber” is the German word for “mercury”, which describes perfectly both the metallic look of the game, and its quick, smooth and fluid gameplay.
