Welcome to REThink Life, the groundbreaking therapeutic game designed to help youths discover and strengthen their emotional superpowers! Using psychological science and engaging gameplay, REThink offers an accessible, entertaining, and effective approach to preventing emotional disorders in young people.
In REThink, players embark on an adventure alongside RETMAN, a superhero who practices Rational Emotive and Behavioral Therapy (REBT). Together, they work to save the minds of Earth's inhabitants from the powers of the nefarious Irrationalizer. With each level, players gain valuable emotional skills and learn to master their thoughts and emotions, all while having fun.
