Your world is overrun by boxes that pile up and accumulate, filled with cards representing your repressed emotions. Empty those boxes and confront the painful memories that hold you back.

Play cards in verbal encounters with a multitude of characters whose personalities affect the nature of the cards they play. Match their cards to restore your relationship with them and receive more consideration from what they play.

Cards convey your emotions. They transform as the discussion progresses and their effects are modified according to their emotional charge.

The consequences of the cards you play and the choices you make during events persist and affect the way the characters interact with you and others.

Cards are created at the end of each encounter, representing what has been expressed during the conversation. The cards that are left behind, are repressed and will be used against you later.

A mysterious shadow guards these memories and prevents you from going too far, becoming increasingly menacing the closer you get to your goal.
