Hell, Wyoming is a city that has been under the iron tight economic grip of Big Milk; a businessman who owns all of the city’s industrial sectors as a whole. With the lives of thousands in one man's hands, he chooses to gauge the prices of essential goods. He reduces the quality and safety of essential services that the citizens of Hell rely on. He penny pinches in every way that he possibly can.
The citizens of Hell are forced to accommodate to the slowly worsening economic conditions, and the drastically lowered quality of life. But in the year 2003, a man would unknowingly become a beacon of hope to the working class while desperately searching for a source of income.

Meet Scrume C. Guai. A juiced up, impulsive meat-head with the physical capabilities to crumple empires. After living years of life in degeneracy with little money to his name, Scrume Guai puts an open bid onto the internet for any odd-jobs and dirty deeds needed around the city.
Despite never having any history in the assassination and terrorism world, Scrume Guai seems to be a natural at causing destruction. His disproportionately capable right arm allows for crowd control with his heavy punches and slaps that affect a radius around him. And he's also a natural sharpshooter whose particularly effective while utilizing his trusty 9MM pistol and the vast variety of weapons he can find in duty.
