Descensus

Descensus is a souls-like action-RPG with challenging combat set in post-catastrophe diesel punk world. The player's goal is to reach the heart of the mysterious Rift of the Fallen Star – a grandiose tear in the world appeared as a result of a catastrophe and changed the world beyond recognition breaking laws of universe and converting the world around into an anomalous zone. It is necessary to stop the expansion and spread of the anomaly before it absorbs the whole world.

Choose from one of predefined classes but it up to you how to develop your character and build. Collect meteor spores that give extraordinary skills to your character, find new weapons and moprhosis, change yourself and your experience on the sole isle of normality in the perverted world – Seeker`s base.
Start your descent into the rift – the physical and metaphysical tear in the fabric of the world. Rise and fall until you reach the heart of the fallen Star.

Descent into the Rift of the Fallen star, mysterious zone full of anomalies
Explore the diverse biomes of the Rift, which in the past were part of the surface, and now have become the world of distorted reality. The deeper you descent, the more horrible and abnormal are the changes.
Rise and Fall
The death is not way out in the Rift. If your body can not continue the descent, be reborn next to the last meteorite you imprinted yourself. You can go to the place of death to regain the lost Ethereal energy. Remember that you have one chance. If you die again, it will dissipate.
