Once downloaded, you'll find this in the DLC of Fresh Force Frustrations in your Steam Library. Right-click the name of the game, click on Properties, then go to the Local Files tab, then click Browse Local Files. You'll find the DLC there.

That is until Power Play encounters a strange weapon that deprives him of his abilities. He becomes weak, vulnerable, and completely aroused. Thankfully, there’s a group of criminals ready to help out.

Power Play #3: Roles Reversed
Power Play lost his superpowers and had the best sexual experience of his life.
But his powers came back, and now he can’t replicate the thrill of being truly dominated.
Power Play wants to find out how he lost his powers, and maybe experience the incredible weakness again. He goes into the seedy underworld of Edge City hoping to find what he’s been missing.

Power Play #5: Medical Exam
All Power Play can think of is his experience being dominated. His powers and his suit were stripped away, and there was nothing he could do but accept all the painful pleasure he had to endure. But with his powers back, he’s too strong for anyone to dominate. He tries, yet fails to find the same thrill as before.
Power Play considers Dr. Remedy might have some way to weaken or restrain him. Will that be enough to satisfy his craving for domination?

Power Play #6: Drained Dry
A new villain has completely drained a superhero of his powers. Curious if this is connected to the way Power Play lost his powers before, he investigates. This leads him to an enemy from his past that has new abilities, including sapping superheroes of their powers. Power Play tries to get away, but he gets overpowered. He’s no match for the Sadist!

Power Play #7: Obedient Captive
Power Play has been drained of his powers and kept chained in a cage for days. The villain Sadist appears every few hours to play with his captive toy. This is the domination Power Play wanted, yet there seems to be no end to his captivity. Sadist appears, though this time he's followed by multiple men, each ready to see what it's like to dominate a superhero!

Power Play #8: Doomed Domination
Power Play gets dragged upstairs by a leash. He's still bound in chains, but free from his cage. However, this walk isn't leading him to his freedom. His captor, Sadist, brings Power Play before his greatest enemy. But Sadist isn't planning to hand the superhero over. Without any superpowers, Power Play has to survive multiple double crosses between two villains, and decide if he wants to remain a dominated sex slave anymore.
