Augmented Brutality is a lightning fast, hyperviolent top-down shooter in a nightmarish techno-industrial setting. Shoot, dismember, head-stomp and door-kick your way through dozens of handcrafted levels using any edge you can find to tilt the impossible odds to your favor. It's time to get bloody.

Welcome to OmegaTech Tower, an industry-leading weapons technology facility, and the birthplace of humanity's extinction. Due to your own horrific actions (intentional or not) you find yourself caught between a malevolent A.I. and the thousand-strong Omega Task Force with only one option... Kill everyone who isn't you.



Inspired by the high-octane, "blink and you're dead" excess of games like Hotline Miami and Nuclear Throne, Augmented Brutality aims to distill the thrilling sneak/kill gameplay loop and almost puzzle-like trial and error of the former with the inventive gunplay and blood pumping action of the latter.

Utilize discarded technology to dispatch your foes in increasingly gruesome ways, from rocket-propelled knives to the bullet-bending Angler and much more.

Build up your Adrenaline meter by chaining kills together and access your newly augmented abilities to keep the chain going.

Learn the hidden mechanics of the scoring system and replay cleared areas to rise higher on the leaderboard.

Play the way you want to. Stealthily pick off one enemy at a time, punching and stomping your way to victory, or rip a turret off the wall and cause a commotion, bringing the fight to you. Pick off patrolling guards on the other side of the level with weapons like the wall-piercing Railgun and the wall-ignoring Slasher, or fill a bathroom with explosive barrels and lure them to their gory end. Nothing is off the table. Besides mercy, of course.

Boss fights against robotic abominations and far, far worse. Encounters that enhance the flow of play, rather than halting it.

Die, learn from you mistakes, respawn and die again, repeating the process until you execute the level with perfection. Or throw caution to the wind and skull-stomp your way to the elevator. Just make sure to wipe the brains off your shoes.
