Fantastic Frolic

Fantastic Frolic is an RPG with survival elements set in the whimsical world of Quirkyland. Players take on the roles of one of three main characters - Lil' J, Esther, and Gorf - as they embark on a quest to save the world from Mount Akma's prophesied volcanic explosion.
The game combines classic RPG mechanics like combat, character progression, and exploration with survival elements such as resource management and crafting. Players must gather evidence to prove the volcanic explosion prophecy is real while battling monsters and overcoming challenges in a quirky land that doesn't believe the prophecy could be true.

Quirkyland
Ancient prophecies say that Mount Akma was the entity responsible for the creation of all of Quirkyland. Priests from ancient tribes tell the story of Akma's fury and kindness when, after millennia in his eternal sleep, he announced his awakening with the blossoming of a beautiful cherry tree on its summit, thus the Prophecy of the Ashen Tree was born. Some say that the birth of the cherry tree represents the kindness of Akma, who warned the gods of its imminent eruption. Others believe that Akma defied the gods, causing destruction and death in his path, in a rage that lasted hundreds of years.

Whether out of kindness or fury, the fact is that Akma, after his awakening, drove away the gods and gave rise to Quirkyland, the rocks, the earth, the rivers, and all the life that lives in it today. The desperate gods even tried to contain Akma's momentum, each one was responsible for manufacturing a small artifact, which should contain the powers of each God to calm the primordial volcano. Thus, Brumal, the goddess of Winter, created the Heart of Eternal Ice. Aureon, the god of Autumn, created the Scepter of Serenity. Flora, the goddess of Spring, created the Orb of Tranquility. However, Helion, the god of Summer, enchanted by the heat of the volcanic flames, did not fulfill his promise, breaking the pact between the gods, and allowing Akma to awaken.

Today, Akma's silhouette reigns supreme, and can be seen from all corners of this world, imposing, and once again asleep. This sleep is as long as your firstborn eruption.
