Synopsis

"Grandma's Secret" is a fusion of a kinetic visual novel and an interactive text adventure. The last hope for a peasant girl named Tatiana to achieve a happy marriage is a service and dowry from her grandmother, who is believed to be a witch. But what price will she have to pay for it?

In the game, you will discover the role that a dowry plays in the fate of a 19th-century girl, upon whom all hopes of a carefree life for her mother rest.

You will have the chance to explore an old mansion, uncover the secrets of the old witch’s residence and its inhabitants. Danger may loom, and it is likely you will face it.Features

Interactivity

A kinetic novel does not involve branching storylines. However, we have added interactive elements. Interact with objects and participate in Tatiana's actions. This small element of immersion enhances the experience of the game.

Evening Entertainment

We aimed to create a short, somewhat intimate adventure for one evening. This is not a grand open-world game. But we poured our soul into every scene and made sure you wouldn’t get bored.

Illustrations

Our visual novel features hundreds of frames that accompany the story. The large number of screens will keep you engaged. You won’t be stuck staring at the same background for too long.

Alternative Endings

Be attentive, as your choices affect the story’s outcome. We’ve prepared two endings for you. Don’t worry—you’ll be able to see them all. We aimed to make the narrative cohesive, so there are limited plot branches.
