Cleanse corrupted zones to unlock new quests, allies, and safe routes, or absorb the corruption to gain powerful Masselite abilities at the cost of your humanity. Your decisions shift the global corruption level, reshaping environments, triggering unique events, and altering how factions react to you.

Many are tied to the Masselite system, making each decision matter beyond the moment.
