Swords and Cavalry is a medieval sandbox that brings together army command, personal combat, and settlement building. Play solo against AI or join friends for a co-op experience.
Customize your character, develop your skills, and choose your equipment. Recruit infantry, archers, and cavalry, command your formations, and fight alongside your soldiers on foot or horseback with directional melee combat, archer volleys, and cavalry charges.
Build and visit your settlement, support it through farming and mining, and talk to your villagers.
Bring villagers into your settlement.
Lay a road point by point - the crew walks out and builds it.
Every town house gets a fenced backyard - the household keeps its own hens, goats and garden.
Raise castle walls and put a tower on the corner.
Order your cavalry into a wedge and send it at the enemy archers.
Cavalry charges crash into the archer line - thousands of soldiers fight on one field.
Lay siege: trebuchets and catapults hurl stones at the walls.
Bring up the ram and break the gate.
Built on a custom Vulkan engine and in development for Early Access. Performance, multiplayer stability, and game balance are still being improved.
