Work together with your friends to ensure the Republics prosperity or scheme against them to ensure your own.

Adaptive world: the Republic and the world in general will change due to your and the other players actions. If you are not careful certain characters can and will die or even entire locations might get lost.

Singleplayer: Not in the mood for playing with other people? There is also a singleplayer mode in which you'll get pitched against bots.

Gameplay
The game consists out of two distinct phases: personal turns and shared turns. During shared turns, you and your fellow presidents must vote together on presented dilemmas, impacting the Republic's four main resources—food, military, raw materials, and currency—along with the population amount and their happiness. Balancing these factors is crucial to ensuring the Republic's and your own survival. The personal turns present dilemmas exclusively to you, affecting your personal resources, your approval rating and your voting power during shared turns. These personal turns also offers a strategic opportunity to scheme against, steal from, trade with, or spy on fellow presidents.

The end goal is to secure re-election as the sole president. Your approval rating and reputation with each location are pivotal in determining your score during the next election. However, only looking out for yourself and your own approval might anger the other presidents.

Story
Each playthrough offers a unique narrative experience, thanks to the wealth of characters and locations. In addition to normal dilemmas, characters frequently unveil stories spanning multiple turns, often greatly rewarding presidents who are willing to lead them to a good end. One playthrough may find you warding off pirates, while another might see you pursuing a profound connection with a higher power.

Besides the characters, sometimes due to your own actions or pure bad luck, crises might erupt. These can range from foreign invasions to natural disasters to military coups, demanding substantial resources and cooperation to resolve adequately.

In this dynamic world, unpredictability reigns supreme, courtesy of your fellow presidents. While you might be embarking on a mission to dismantle a drug operation, another president could be establishing one of their own. This adaptive storytelling ensures that no two playthroughs are alike, offering endless possibilities for strategic maneuvering and immersive role-playing.
