Right Click To Activate Translator is a side-scrolling narrative language puzzle game developed by the Octocat Ecology and Behavior Research Center. The game has been given the Best Puzzle Game in the 2024 China University Student Game Awards (CUSGA).

The stray cat "Shiro" that you took in has gone missing...

In a hurry, you rush downstairs to search, until you touch a graffiti that you hadn't noticed before.

A sudden otherworldly journey... incomprehensible strange characters... a hybrid species seemingly formed by "cats" and "octopuses"...

You quickly realize that this quest to find your cat is just a small footnote in the grand epic of this alien world.

Explore the land where the "Octocats" live, or you might call them "Octocats." Uncover the various secrets of this isolated island, communicate deeply with the natives, and learn their language. The legends you hear reveal tales of "creation," "calamity," and "heroes," with all clues pointing towards the volcano at the center of the island, on the brink of collapse...

Fragments of ancient prophecies，a warrior from another world saving the legendary hero... and the world itself.

Octocats lack vocal organs, so their way of "speaking" is by displaying the words they want to "say" on their bodies using their organs. Pay attention to notices and signs along the way, remember each puzzle-solving moment, communicate frequently with the Octocats, and use the holographic translator on your diving suit to deduce the full meaning of their language. Constantly edit the dictionary for each character's meaning and use the translator's other functions to help you recall and correct at any time.
