Whispers of the Puncture

The Puncture has arrived, and it is your job to find the divergences. A fast paced horror "spot the difference game" - Whispers of the Puncture will test your ability to think fast and memorize areas.
In each location, you must find the divergences as they appear, while creatures attempt to disorient you. Survive until the location stabilizes, if you don't, you'll be taken by The Puncture.
A "divergence" changes the level in unique ways. There are categories such as "disappearance," "replacement", and "movement." Part of the puzzle is figuring out which category you need to report!

Taking inspiration from games such as I'm on Observation Duty and Phasmophobia, traverse the levels while memorizing the contents of each room. Depending on the difficulty level, a "Divergence" will occur periodically. Report a divergence to restore stability to the area. 
When many divergences are active at once, the creatures will begin to appear. Creatures add a horror element to the game. They can disorient and distract you, causing you to lose focus will looking out for divergences.
The goal of each level is to report divergences until the time limit is up. If there are too many divergences for too long, the puncture will appear throughout the level. Touch the puncture, and it's game over.

Challenge yourself further by including modifiers and playing on harder difficulties. With the scoring system, show off your skill by achieving the highest possible score on a level.
