Content and Development Plan for the major new 'Functional DLC'

The DLC includes the following features:

Hero Equipment Enhancement System:
1. Each hero's full set of 4 pieces of equipment can be enhanced together. When all four are enhanced to 1 star, the equipment skill is activated. Enhancing them to 2 stars and 3 stars will further improve the skill effects.
2. Enhancing hero equipment requires consuming special items called "Equipment Enhancement Talismans," a large amount of forging materials, and money.

Dispatch System:
1. A passive task system where you can assign idle heroes to various tasks by unlocking different dispatch missions.
2. Completing these missions rewards you with a large amount of money, food, forging materials, and enhancement talismans.

Children's Advanced Training System:
1. Forge a full set of exclusive equipment for your children who have become heroes (non-historical heroes).
2. The full set of exclusive equipment for children can be enhanced in the equipment enhancement system.
3. You can save trained children's heroes and their exclusive equipment outside the game (with quantity limits), and choose to bring them into a new game when starting over.

Advanced Forging System:
1. Further enhance divine weapons forged in the workshop to improve their attributes, adjust special abilities, and create sets.
2. You can save these enhanced weapons outside the game (with quantity limits), and choose to bring them into a new game when starting over.
