You will have to check the documents of the new arrivals, inspect their luggage and identify infected people and criminals using various screening tools. Based on the information you receive, you must decide whether or not the new arrivals are useful to the colony.
All of your actions have consequences
Missing someone with a criminal record? You could be facing a robbery in a few days. Pity a man with a contagious disease because he has a child in the colony? Prepare for an epidemic.
Solve the problems of the colony
You are the underwater colony's guardian. All power is in your hands. All of your decisions are non-negotiable. It is up to you to decide the fate of the inhabitants in random events. Be a harsh and ruthless dictator or a fair leader who listens to the needs of the people. The decision is yours.
