Blaze Of Empires

Blaze of Empires is a real-time strategy game with arcane magic. You gather food, wood and gold, raise a base, and recruit an army. You pick one of three empires — Legionaries, a medieval human army; Skelestians, a graveyard host with high damage; and Antarions, a hive that expands through extra town centers and tunnels. You command a hero with an active ability, and you choose a captain as your stand-in on the field.

Research on the empire tech tree unlocks units and buildings for later battles; during a match you still spend the three resources to construct, produce, and push.

Empires
Legionaries are the human medieval army and the most straightforward empire. Their hero's ability heals units.

Skelestians deal high damage. A graveyard building returns a unit to the field for every three that die in battle. Their war beast deals area damage. Their siege unit, the Skelbomber, explodes on impact. Their hero raises the skulls that appear on the ground when units fall.

Antarions play as a hive. They raise extra town centers cheaply, move troops through tunnels, and run a faster economy so units come out sooner. Their houses damage enemies that get close. Their hero leaps into a group, deals damage, and grants a berserker aura to nearby allies.

Gods Challenge
Nine stages of enemy waves. Eight end with a final boss whose abilities you must dodge; they deal heavy damage. In this mode you cannot train villagers. After each wave you choose one of four god favors — a lasting upgrade that changes the rest of the fight. You grow through those choices, resource gathering, and strategy.
Campaign
The first campaign follows the Legionaries across 11 missions. Each mission combines objectives, spoken scenes, and a full RTS loop: collect, build, recruit, and move an army across the map. Play it alone or with one other player.
Army
Every empire trains the same five core units — villager, swordsman, pikeman, skirmisher, and archer — and those four combat roles counter each other. Each empire also has its own unique war beast and unique siege unit.
Captain
Before battle you choose a captain for your empire; that unit represents you on the field. As you level up you earn items and equip them on the captain.
Co-op and skirmish
Campaign and Gods Challenge support 2-player co-op. Custom matches are online skirmishes against another player or friends.
