The protagonist, Pio, born with a faint light, begins their journey in the lowest tier, the Graveyard of Stars, yet carries a deep longing for the upper tiers.
To realize this dream, Pio takes on the Trials of the Stars, aiming to ascend to the higher realms.

Pio is a unique action platformer where players use the terrain they stand on to attack enemies.
The game's standout feature is that the player's bullets also serve as terrain.

The more bullets you fire, the smaller the terrain becomes, demanding precise control. On the other hand, conserving bullets means enduring the onslaught of powerful monsters.
