Ravenous Rhythm

Ravenous Rhythm is a roguelike rhythm and cooking game developed for Mac, Windows, and Linux.

 

In a world overrun by monsters, humanity lives in darkness. Barely scraping by and fearing for their lives, the people's hope lies on their remaining passions: music and culinary. 

Your objective is simple: cook for the monsters, and do it with style, so that you don’t become their next meal! You’ll learn how to handle the monstrous ingredients and make even crazier recipes with them.

Feed your way through hordes of voracious monsters, climb your way through the ranks of Monster Chefs, and defeat the Gourmand, the Gluttonous King!

For this project, we wanted to create a never-before-seen mix of mechanics and themes, whilst exploring under-utilized genres that our team members like a lot.
Cook to the rhythm! Every ingredient is uniquely strange and has a different pattern for you to master. Choose the right ingredients for the job and be careful to not miss!

Discover bizarre recipes by combining ingredients into weird and evocative recipes to satiate the monsters' hunger. Every recipe has unique effects that may affect the way you cook.

Survive an onslaught of hungry monsters, each one with different preferences, and be careful to not be their next meal. How long will you survive?

If our resources allow us, we want to grow this project into a realm-spanning adventure in which you explore a world devastated by ravenous monsters.
