Memory Distortion

About This
Memory Distortion is a retro 2D platformer game with Victorian pixel art. You shall play as a glitch robot, following the whisper of the remaining memory of its personality prototype, returning to the deepest part of a strange town abandoned for hundreds of years, and uncovering the secrets behind the tower.
Gameplay
Just like all retro platformer games, all you need to do is move and kill. Memory Distortion offers a variety of ways to move: running, jumping, wall sliding, dashing, and designs swift light attack compared to heavy attack with a greater range, all for the sake of a rich gameplay experience. Players need to jump, dash and kill from platform to platform, survive the siege of gothic monsters (either hide or kill them all), reach the streetlight at the endpoint, and go deep into the town.

Each level has different methods to finish. Make the most of your skills: kill them all, or just sneak into the endpoint? use wall jump or dash? It's all up to you.



How to Play
Use Arrow Keys or WASD to Move, use space to Jump, use j & k to attack, use E to interact, use L to dash.
Please kill the monsters entrenched in the town and interact with the teleportation elevator, find your way to reach the streetlight in the endpoint, uncovering the secrets hidden behind the town.
