There's a FIGHTSTONE right next to your heart
The fightstone is an organ that is in charge of willpower, motivation, and foresight. It is the duty of prospectors like Hallow to ensure we have the strength of suppress the monster inside of us. And it is Hallow's duty to defeat the awakened monsters that seek to destroy us.
Train your FIGHTSTONE so that a monster doesn't take control of you
The true monsters lie inside all of us. They're usually asleep but they awaken once you experience turmoil. If that happens, the prospectors will come hunting for that rock in your chest
You're not alone in this
