Jitter Games Playtest Build Info
Jitter is a multiplayer game designed for Twitch streamers to host games for their communities.
Accessing the Playtest
Launching via Steam will take you to the main menu (Alpha build). From there, you can browse and join available worlds.
If No Streamers Are Hosting
You’ll only see one public autoplay world. This mode allows you to play without a streamer, but note:
Gameplay here is not representative of the full streamer-hosted experience.

You’ll need at least one friend to initiate auto rounds.

                                                              
What is Jitter?
Jitter turns Twitch streams into fully interactive, Twitch-integrated gaming experiences — where thousands of players can jump in at the same time!
Viewers don’t just watch, they play, with the ability to control the action right from Twitch chat. Whether it’s joining the game directly or influencing gameplay through real-time chat commands, Jitter creates massive-scale experiences that keep everyone engaged.
In the main game mode, Chasers race down a chaotic obstacle course, dodging traps and pitfalls to reach the Defender in the castle — but beware, the Defender has powers to stop you. Each round resets, and the winning Chaser can become the next Defender if the Twitch streamer host selects them.

🎮 As a Player, you can expect:
Full directional movement with jump and double jump.

Click-to-zoom and fire controls.

In-game voice and text chat for team coordination and social play.

Interact with siege obstacles in-game to progress through the castle.

Outside of a streamer-hosted session, a “Free to Roam” world to get social with friends.

🎮 As a Streamer, you can expect:
Select the Defender, start & reset matches.

Customize Defender powers.

Twitch Integration
Viewer Voting: Twitch chat votes for the Defender’s next power using Twitch Polls.

Twitch Extension: When a world is hosted, viewers on Twitch can interact directly with the game through the streamer’s channel using the Jitter Extension.
