Firefighter Gaiden

Firefighter Gaiden is a 3D Metroidvania that puts you in the role of a firefighter who must destroy the main pieces of furniture responsible for the fire in a university. Using attacks with your hose to put out the flames and then smashing them with your axe, you’ll ensure they never catch fire again.
Flaming Furniture
Some of the university's furniture has come to life and will use various attacks to stop you from saving the institution. Desks will charge at you like bulls, trash cans will shoot flaming garbage, books will fly like bats to strike you from above, and while doing so, they will spread fire throughout the environment, leaving you with nowhere to run.
Hose
Any fire caused by the furniture can be easily extinguished with the water from your hose. You can also attack from all directions since you can fire quick bursts while moving, unleash powerful charged jets to take down enemies instantly, and even shoot downward to keep yourself in the air with a water-propelled hover.
Axe
If you truly want to get rid of an enemy, the axe is essential. Only with it can you permanently destroy a piece of furniture after putting out its flames. Even against burning enemies, it's attacks remain useful, as it stuns fiery furniture, making them easy targets for the hose. With this powerful tool, you’ll literally carve your way through the university.
Upgrades
Throughout the university, you’ll find items that make you stronger, allowing you to withstand more attacks, endure fire for longer, spray more water, and even learn new moves and abilities.
