The Bright Path

"The Bright Path" is an educational game, which provides interactive experience to learn more about the topics of drug abuse, drug addiction, dangerous societal phenomena and active citizenship in an interactive, entertaining and immersive way. We recommend to follow-up with a reflection activity to discuss the choices you made during the game. The game is mainly intended for teenagers and young adults who do not have a deep knowledge about the dangers of drug abuse and addictions and it helps them to raise their awareness about the situations which may lead to addiction and the dangers which come with using addictive substances. The game is not intended for education of professionals in the field or university students who are experts on the subject. The game was created in collaboration with local teenagers and young adults in our community.You play as a young man called Rasmus, who is a  volunteer in a fictional city called „Sobercity“, which is plagued by drug abuse, drug addiction and other dangerous societal phenomena. Your goal is to roam through the city and discover local citizens, who are facing various challenges and to help them or not, but remember every choice you make counts towards shaping the fate of the city !

The game offers the following features and content:

discover 3 different endings based on the actions you take during the game
