ZDSimulator - Lviv-Stryi Route

Route: Lviv – Stryi
This route recreates the Lviv – Stryi railway line, located in Lviv Oblast, western Ukraine. It is part of the main corridor from Lviv to Svaliava, Mukachevo, and Uzhhorod, operated by Lviv Railways and electrified with DC current.
The journey begins at Lviv’s central station — a historic terminal with a wide rail infrastructure, depot, and classification yards. From there, the line heads south through the outskirts and scenic countryside.
Beyond the city, the landscape opens into rolling hills, open fields, dense forests, and rural villages — a typical view of Western Ukraine. In some areas, the line runs near rivers and crosses highways, offering a dynamic and realistic view from the cab.
Major intermediate stops include Pustomyty, Shchyrets, Mykolaiv-Dnistrovskyi, and Drohovych. Each station features its own infrastructure, including passenger platforms, switches, and signaling systems. The route ends at Stryi station — a key railway junction with its own depot, freight yard, and suburban platforms.
This route is ideal for both long-distance and suburban passenger services, as well as freight operation scenarios.
