Split Times

Synopsis
You have been personally selected by the mayor to save the city of Split from unreasonable housing prices! Over the course of the following year, and on a tight budget, you'll have to use all the tools at your disposition to buy as many houses in the name of the city as you can so that they may be rented for cheap. That being said, there are a lot of people who would rather you fail in your mission... And besides, grandma ain't gonna visit herself, right?

Gameplay
The game is mostly played with the mouse, but it also uses the keyboard a little. Most of the game is reading the local newspaper and using your knowledge to find the best deals on a map. Once there, you will have to gauge if the price is too high, low, or if you want to try and haggle with the owner of the property. Manage your turns well and you will be victorious!
There are also RIVETING bossfights to break the pace by testing your skills on the keyboard through challenges, or testing your wits with mind boggling questions and choices.

What to expect
A short, simple game made as a hobby. Nothing very ambitious, but made with a lot of heart.

The game isn't too long, one play-through takes somewhere between 15 and 30 min. That being said, it is unlikely you will beat the game on your first try.

The game is filled with jokes and memes.

Even though the game is singleplayer, it is also a very enjoyable experience with friends. Sharing the joke is always a good time.

A fun, satirical take on life in the Balkans. Try to spot the references and just have a good time overall.
