About Game
Rat`s lair is a horror game that combines elements of sandbox, horror, stealth, puzzle and a small open world in which you will need to enter the lair of a local creature that has settled in an abandoned suburb. 
Smart AI
You will be opposed by AI that will adapt to your playstyle, go about its daily routine, check every nook and cranny of its lair, react to sounds, or set various traps for you.

Sandbox
On the map you can find dozens of different items that directly interact with the player, your enemy, and the world around you. The game provides different methods of completing it and offers some alternative ways to find similar items.
Realtime changing
As you progress through the game, the map can change dynamically depending on your actions and play style. It is not always possible to find an object in the same place. 
The game has a system of time change, so stock up on flashlights

Pazzles
To complete the game, you will have to solve simple puzzles that sometimes require the use of objects in the correct sequence, finding keys, attentiveness, or a creative approach

Open World
The game contains a fragment of an abandoned suburb, where you can move freely and explore points of interest that may contain useful items for the player.
