WHO IS THE SACRIFICE?
In Nightpyre, you are no common hero; you are a Sacrifice, a soul that must lay down their own inner fire in order to light up the nightpyres. Your mission is to wander across a ruined world, to break the Eternal Night's curse and to bring back the light to the sky. Only your magic skill will avoid darkness swallowing you whole before the new dawn comes.

WHAT WILL I FIND IN THIS GAME?
Magic combat with patterns.
Forget about button mashing and mana. To cast your spells, you'll write dawn arrow patterns with skill and precision in real time. Mix runes of elements (like fire or ice) with shape runes to create custom spells akin to your play style.

A world that changes after each death.
Just like a good roguelite, death is only the beginning. Each time you fall in combat, the world of Candlelight changes procedurally. You'll face new dangers, find different biomes and live unique narrative events where your choices will shape the fate of civilizations hidden in the shadows.

Leave your mark on the sky.
Your accomplishments will not be forgotten in a mere score screen. Nightpyre presents a connected system in which each zone you light up and each victory you take will transform your score into a real star on the firmament of the game.
