Gridfire

A top-down shooter built around PvP combat. Fight Free-for-All, or take a side in team modes: Capture the Flag, Capture Points, VIP Escort, Domination and Team Deathmatch.

Play a straight free-for-all for the highest score — or take on maps built for 2, 3 or 4 teams, each with its own objective. Steal every enemy flag and run it home. Hold every control point on the map. Protect your VIP while hunting theirs. Or settle it with team deathmatch. Bots fill out the teams, so a match is always ready.

You don't have to sit up straight at a keyboard to compete. Gridfire plays fully on a controller.

Flying straight at the enemy is how you lose. Gridfire rewards position. Use your secondary weapons to force enemies out of cover, and take the ground worth taking. Some walls let fire through in one direction only. Some floors speed you up, others slow you down. With teammates, nothing works unless you coordinate.
DECIBEL DRIVE
Gridfire can be flown with your mouth instead of your hands. Say "pew" to fire, "pshhh" for your secondary, trill your lips to move, and hum to heal. It is a real way to play, it is ridiculous, and it is very hard to do quietly.
MAKE YOUR OWN MAPS
A built-in editor lets you build your own arenas and hand them to other people. Host a match for your friends over Steam, or join theirs.
