You play as Adam, a boy mourning the loss of his friend Sam. After a bitter wish for his parents to disappear, he now finds himself alone, and determined to find them.
Along the way, he meets the eerie yet gentle Paper-Cut Man, who offers to help. But the deeper Adam ventures, the more reality unravels. Whispers echo. Pages bleed. Who really is this mysterious friend?
This is a story about grief, guilt, and the strange ways the mind tries to protect itself.
And sometimes, the sharpest cuts are the ones you don't remember making.
In a world that seems off in ways he can’t explain, Adam sees a familiar face, one he isn’t sure he’s ever really known.
