Yatai Master is a management and narrative game about running a small Japanese-inspired street food stall during the final year of its owner's career.
Buy ingredients, manage limited stock, prepare dishes under time pressure, serve your customers, and get to know the people who return to your counter night after night. Your reputation grows from the meals you prepare and the experience you create around the yatai.
Over 365 days, the stall becomes more than a place to eat. Regular customers reveal their personalities, preferences, and stories, while merchants, local events, and everyday encounters gradually build a community around you.
