Shield of Valor

Shield of Valor is a action platformer, side scroller, that takes heavy inspiration from classic 8 bit era games.
Gameplay
Utilize your shield, use it to block enemy attacks, Most attacks will either have to be blocked standing or crouching so see where the attack is coming from and react accordingly. You can also attack with the shield by throwing it at them. Be careful though because once you throw the shield out you cant block anything until it comes back.

Additionally you have a variety of sub-weapon to find in stages to help you throughout the stage, each with their own unique strengths you can capitalize on!

Battle against various tough enemies that challenge your ability to block, attack and platform, some enemies have multiple attacks so be prepared to see what's coming.

Single player Campaign
Play through multiple challenging levels, each with their own unique look and gimmicks to play around with. Each level ends with a tough boss that will test out everything you learned!

Heavily Retro Inspired
With Art, Music and design inspired from the 8 bit era of game while blending it in with some additional modern touches like multi layer parallax background.
