IdleOS is a terminal-inspired idle game where every command brings you one step closer to a larger and more efficient system.
Start with a single mining process and gradually unlock new ways to gather, combine, and buy powerful resources to strengthen your capabilities. Expand into Parsing, Cracking, Matching, Phishing, Decoding, and Hacking as you build the resources needed to take on increasingly difficult targets through an intuitive auto-battle like hacking system.
Successful hacks reward valuable caches that can be decoded for resources, rare items, and other rewards. Sell valuables on the marketplace, purchase upgrades and offensive tools, accept contracts, and continually improve your efficiency to tackle more challenging targets.
As your system grows, you'll unlock new processes, increase production rates, discover better rewards, and optimize your strategy for maximum growth. Whether you're actively issuing commands or browsing the marketplace for upgrades, there's always another log to parse, cache to decode, or target to hack.
