To find the book, please open the game files folder.
In Steam, go to the "Library" tab

Locate Garenburg Penitence: The Riflebird in your library

Right click the game, and select the "Properties" tab

Select the "Local Files" tab and click on the "Browse Local Files" button

The artbook will be in the "Books" folder as Unarchived (Novelization).pdf. Open with anything that can open the PDF file format.

This is not the best way to experience the story. The story was made for a game first and foremost, and as of such, the novelization cannot do everything the game does. You will miss out on several benefits of experiencing it as a game by reading this instead, such as not being able to hear any of the music, see any of the level designs, or explore GREEN DRESS.
