Haunting Invitation

This game is made my students from De Montfort University over approximately 7 weeks.

You have been invited, but not by your own will, rescue your best friend before HE finds you... Your surroundings are deceptive, and mysterious forces have transformed your physical being to that of a doll!  
 
Be wary of The Host, for he is unwilling to allow you to escape his domain so easily. Overcome him and all difficulties that await your path as find your way out of this treacherous mansion. Be wary, as underestimating him will quickly put an end to your journey. 
 
Haunting Invitation is a 3D first-person single-player puzzle video game that features minor platforming sections as well as a combination of horror elements and challenging gameplay situations. Be prepared for a dark, tense atmospheres as well as a semi-realistic graphical style. 
Can you solve this nightmare and escape with you and your friend’s lives? 

Key Features 
Stealth can be expected within certain areas; you must carefully consider your approach in various rooms and use the environment to your advantage.

 
Exploring the manor will be a difficult task; use what’s available in your surroundings to overcome various puzzles and challenges, exploration and memory of essential information is critical. 

 
Tools such as the flashlight will be crucial in navigating what may lay ahead. Aim to use items you may encounter wisely so that you don’t find yourself in danger too often.
